Nakon Si Thamarat

In this little place people are not used to see tourists often and we were almost an attraction. Imagine people wanting to touch you for your different color of skin. Imagine people watching you and observing you and your steps all the time. Imagine people pointing fingers at you.
Nakon Si Thamarat is not worth the trip for its temple, markets and other sightseeing options but it is an experience of poor and traditional Thai town.

 Lunch at the local markets.

 Delicatessen of the local cuisine.

We didn't dare to try as we had eight hours of bus trip planned that night.

Magic drum. You need to rub your hands over little bump in the middle to produce long deep sound.

Crazy festival of the local cheer leading teams. The loudest wins.

Modern or traditional?

At least it is all in one direction.

Tetris still exists!
